2023 Internship
In the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to be a UX intern at Fourkites focusing on their Dynamic Yard function. This application was designed for those working at the distribution centers so they can easily keep track of shipments coming and leaving the facility. Throughout the summer I worked on several designs that would be implemented into their software.
“Maze” Scenarios
During their annual visibility conference, customers are able to see upcoming features and test each one themselves. One of my tasks was to design and create a few maze scenarios. The goal of each scenario is to see what potential issues users may run into. Is this design easy to navigate? The below video is one example.
Edit Trailer Info Maze

In this scenario, users will be told to correct the incorrect trailer name so that the system matches what is "in the yard."

Users would ideally be able to select the edit button then select the trailer name edit box to edit and then confirm.

One important consideration was that users could easily see current information and edit each box at once. Another consideration was that if users made a mistake, they can revert back to the original details before confirming.
